The dishes are a mix of fine ingredients, new techniques, but also respect for the classic cuisine with Mediterranean influences especially from Spain and Italy. DeliCees restaurant uses fresh seasonal products. inspired We are constantly looking for new ingredients, techniques and inspiration. This leads to many visits to suppliers and producers in the region, but perhaps even more fun; many trips to Spain, Italy and sometimes France or London. We eat out as much as possible and let ourselves be inspired by the best chefs but also the culture there. O and check our huge cookbook collection in our library. Relax Our building is stately (and with the property we are very happy), but we are not stately! We find it important that our guests feel at ease. In our restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and with our personal attention, we hope to provide you a relaxing and enjoyable evening.
